Cancellation conditions

We do our utmost to ensure that your stay is pleasant and reserve the accommodation exclusively for you during the agreed period.

Because it is often difficult to re-let the accommodation at short notice in the event of cancellation, we apply the following cancellation policy. This provides clarity and fairness for both parties. If you wish to cover unforeseen circumstances, it is advisable to take out cancellation insurance.


Cancellation by the guest

Cancellation must be notified in writing (by e-mail).

If you cancel up to 8 weeks before the start of your stay: we will refund 100% of the deposit.

If you cancel between 8 and 6 weeks before the start of your stay: we will refund 50% of the deposit.

If you cancel between 6 and 4 weeks before the start of your stay: we will refund 75% of the total amount already paid.

If you cancel between 4 and 2 weeks before the start of your stay: we will refund 50% of the total amount already paid.

If you cancel within 2 weeks before the start of your stay: we will not refund anything.

If you do not show up (no-show) without prior cancellation: we will not refund anything.

If you decide to shorten your stay after arrival: we will not refund anything.

Cancellation by the host

If, as the host, we are forced to cancel the reservation due to unforeseen circumstances, we will refund all amounts already paid in full.

We cannot be held liable for any further damage or costs.
